The Journal seeks to encourage innovative and ethically grounded research, support evidence-based policy discourse, and strengthen the relationship between legal theory, practice, and social justice. It provides a platform for both emerging and established scholars to contribute original and impactful research to contemporary legal debates.
The Journal welcomes original and unpublished research articles, case comments, legislative analyses, review essays, and book reviews across a broad range of legal and socio-legal fields, including constitutional, criminal, corporate, international, environmental, technology, intellectual property, labour, and human rights law, as well as socio-legal studies, public policy, and comparative law. Interdisciplinary research drawing from allied social sciences is particularly encouraged. All submissions must demonstrate originality, analytical rigor, clarity of expression, and relevance to current national and global legal challenges.
